My name is Vibhu Srinivasan. I am the founder of Agilists. I started my agile journey in 1998 as a developer building real-time systems using C++ on Unix. My work helped dive deep into Object-oriented Design, Design Patterns, Test Driven Development, Use Cases & User Stories.
I have been a developer, architect, agile consultant, thought leader, Chief Impediments Officer, and leader of some of the world’s finest organizations. I genuinely believe in the values of Agile, so much so that my family has been practising Agile for ten years now. We use weekly sprint planning, family retrospectives, story mapping and many more agile practices.
So, when I tell you that Agile is applicable everywhere. Trust me, it truly is.
While the corporate landscape has changed drastically over the last two decades, there has not been a lot of innovation on how teams work.
This is where I knew I had to create Agilists. At Agilists, my team and I strive to bring a fresh and innovative perspective to teamwork that can drive innovation & challenge the status quo.
